Here are a couple of cool new sites for you to try ( I have added them to the video links as well). Teaching Videos and Right Brain Math ( you have to buy the book but the videos are free to watch).

Word sites

Check out the 2 new websites I have added to the links.  Word Hippo and Visuwords, they are great sites that you could use for writing, mindmapping.....endless uses.

Virtual Manipulatives

This website has some great manipulatives such as Place Value, Charts and Graphs, adition and subtraction etc  that will enhance your lessons. They aren't overly flashy but are a good solid resource.

Story Starter

I have just a few new links to my websites, including one called story starter. This is a great website by Scholastic that allows students ( or class) to randomly choose a story to write. It's a great resource that takes that 'I don't know what to write' out of your writing lesson.

Also check out the new science websites I have added including 10 cool sites, Edheads and what a blast!
